About Marcus B.
I've been a software engineer for nine years, most recently leading a backend team at a fintech company, and I've sat on the other side of the table for more than 200 technical interviews. I know what interviewers actually look for — and it is rarely what candidates expect.
I teach Python from first principles and coach people through coding interviews: how to think out loud, how to break a problem down, and how to recover when you get stuck. We practise with real interview-style questions, and I give you the kind of feedback a hiring panel would discuss after you leave the room.
