All questions
Do I need to pay when I register?

Free classes need no payment — you're registered in one click. For paid classes you pay securely with PayPal as part of registering, and your seat is confirmed as soon as your payment goes through. For classes where you pick your own time off your tutor's calendar, you pay right after picking it.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Cancel any time up to 24 hours before your class starts from My Account for an automatic full refund. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

How do I know which class format is right for me?

Practice Classes are best if you want repeated, low-pressure practice with feedback. Masterclasses are best for fast, intensive mastery of a specific skill. Subject-Based Courses are private 1:1 sessions with a tutor — best for steady progress at your own pace, or focused help with a subject. Life & Career Guides are best when you're making a big decision — a career move, a college path, a next chapter — and want clear, practical guidance. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.

What do I need for an online class?

A computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. Once you're enrolled — and your payment has gone through, if the class has a price — your video link (a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link) arrives in your confirmation e-mail and also appears in My Account.

Can I join from outside the United States?

Yes. Online classes are open to students anywhere, and class times are shown in your own time zone automatically. On-site classes take place at the location listed on each class page.
